Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 dry Stroganoff Mix Packet
- 1 1/2 cups egg noodles
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain if needed.
- Add water, milk, egg noodles, Worcestershire sauce, and the Stroganoff dry mix packet.
- Bring to a low simmer.
- Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring often, until the noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- Let rest 2 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
