Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 dry Stroganoff Mix Packet
  • 1 1/2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain if needed.
  2. Add water, milk, egg noodles, Worcestershire sauce, and the Stroganoff dry mix packet.
  3. Bring to a low simmer.
  4. Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring often, until the noodles are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  6. Let rest 2 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
